Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Design strategies that increase awareness of VFR products and services.
- Develop marketing products, plans and tools for the institution.
- Lead business development initiatives across the four zones.
- Coordinate integration of business development work with operations and branch teams.
- Report to the Director of Operations and align plans to organisational targets.
- Uphold VisionFund's safeguarding commitments towards children and adult beneficiaries.
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, finance or a related field.
- Senior level experience in business development or marketing within financial services or microfinance.
- Experience designing marketing strategies and tools for retail financial products.
Skills & Competencies:
- Business development strategy.
- Marketing planning and product promotion.
- Cross-department coordination.
- Safeguarding and client protection.
