Liberty General Insurance Uganda is hiring a Business Analyst and Application Support Officer to review business processes, support automation and help resolve system and application issues across its operations.

Duties, Roles and Responsibilities

Review business processes, identify pain points and recommend practical improvements
Support automation initiatives and track results through dashboards and reports
Manage change requests and follow change-control processes
Help resolve system and application issues, working with systems and external vendors

Qualifications, Education and Competencies

Qualifications & Experience:

Experience in process analysis and improvement
Familiarity with workflow and automation tools
Experience working with systems and external vendors

Skills & Competencies:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to assess risk and follow change-control processes
Clear reporting and dashboarding
System and application troubleshooting
