Brand Manager (Brand Experience & Execution)

Mogo Finance is hiring a Brand Manager (Brand Experience & Execution) in Nairobi to own MOGO's brand standards, playbooks and dealer/partner brand execution across Kenya.

Duties, Roles and Responsibilities

Define MOGO's physical brand standards for HQs, car branches, boda branches, dealerships and other touchpoints
Build practical playbooks covering look and feel, signage, POSM, materials, messaging, customer experience and maintenance
Set up and run the MOGO Brand Hub as the single source of truth for guidelines, templates, playbooks and approved assets
Establish production, supplier, maintenance and asset-lifecycle standards
Make MOGO consistently visible and distinctive across smartphone dealerships, boda dealerships, agents and retail partners
Create dealer and agent playbooks, onboarding kits, sales tools, training materials and POSM
Set co-branding standards and approval processes with strategic bike partners

Qualifications, Education and Competencies

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance, economics or a related field
4+ years of experience in product management, product ownership, product marketing or commercial roles, ideally in financial services, fintech or lending
Proven track record of growing a product, channel or P&L
Experience owning marketing plans and campaigns across digital and offline channels
Comfortable working with data and analytics tools to track performance
