Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Activate the VAAL Real Estate brand at activations, promotions and client engagement points around Entebbe.
- Engage prospective buyers, present property offerings and convert interest into site visits and sales.
- Work shift-based schedules, including day and night shifts, at assigned activation points.
- Support customer engagement activities, promotions and hospitality touchpoints.
- Track leads and report on activation performance against sales targets.
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Qualifications & Experience:
- Based in or around Entebbe.
- Proven track record in high value sales.
- Comfortable working shift-based hours including day and night shifts.
- Experience in customer engagement, promotions or hospitality is an added advantage.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong selling and persuasion skills.
- Confident customer engagement and presentation.
- Target driven and reliable under shift schedules.
