Branch Director

• Develop and implement branch-level strategic plans aligned with organizational goals
• Manage the branch loan portfolio and ensure healthy portfolio quality
• Oversee branch budgets and control operational costs
• Implement effective loan monitoring systems to minimize defaults
• Oversee loan appraisal, approval, and disbursement processes
• Oversee professional and personal development of team members at the branch
• Conduct quarterly performance evaluations and provide timely feedback
• Build relationships with local community leaders and stakeholders

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Business
• At least 3+ years of experience in a management or supervisory role; experience in asset financing is preferred

Skills & Competencies:

• Good experience with Microsoft Office, Zoom, and Google Meet
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Good interpersonal skills and high degree of dependability
• Result-driven and customer-focused
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects
