• Oversee data collection, cleaning and validation across district health facilities.
• Analyse health data and produce monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
• Support HMIS reporting and data quality assessments.
• Design and maintain district databases and indicator tracking tools.
• Guide facility staff on data tools, registers and reporting standards.
• Produce tables, charts and trend analyses for review and planning meetings.
• Support survey design, sampling and analysis for district studies.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Degree in Statistics, Biostatistics, Quantitative Economics or a related field from a recognised university.
• Experience analysing health data and using HMIS tools is an advantage.
• Proficiency in statistical software such as Stata, SPSS or R.
• Knowledge of Uganda's health information systems.
