Job Summary:
Join our dynamic team as a Billing Specialist, where you will play a key role in ensuring smooth and accurate financial operations. In this position, you will work closely with multiple departments to support day-to-day billing processes, maintain accurate records, and help streamline payment workflows.
We are looking for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to grow with a fast-paced e-commerce company. If you are a natural problem solver with strong organisational skills and a “get it done” mindset, we would love to meet you.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Generate accurate customer invoices
Track and follow up on outstanding payments
Reconcile billing discrepancies
Maintain organised digital financial records
Collaborate with finance, operations and customer service teams

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business
Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems
Attention to detail and numerical accuracy

High level of integrity and confidentiality
Nice to have
Experience in e-commerce or a tech-driven environment
Basic financial reporting skills
Knowledge of digital payment platforms
Experience handling customer billing inquiries
