Description (Public)
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate and timely billing including interim bills and invoices
- Receive payments and issue receipts
- Manage patient registration and insurance pre-authorizations
- Manage end of stay billing for discharged patients
- Resolve customer complaints and queries
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma in Business Administration, Commerce, Accounting, or related
- At least 1 year in similar role, preferably healthcare
Skills & Competencies:
- Mathematical and computer skills
- QuickBooks and clinic master knowledge is a plus
- Attention to detail
