Duties, Roles and Responsibilities

Welcome guests upon arrival and assist with luggage to and from guest rooms.
Escort guests to their rooms and explain hotel facilities and services.
Provide courteous and professional customer service at all times.
Assist guests with directions, transportation arrangements, and general inquiries.
Maintain cleanliness and order in the lobby, entrance, and guest arrival areas.
Support the front office team during peak hours and special events.
Handle guest items carefully and ensure security of luggage.
Uphold hotel policies, safety procedures, and service standards.
