Job Description
The Bell Boy is responsible for providing a warm welcome to hotel guests and assisting with luggage handling, guest orientation, and general customer service. This role is ideal for individuals seeking entry-level opportunities in hospitality and customer service, with no prior experience required.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Welcome guests upon arrival and assist with luggage to and from guest rooms.
- Escort guests to their rooms and explain hotel facilities and services.
- Provide courteous and professional customer service at all times.
- Assist guests with directions, transportation arrangements, and general inquiries.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the lobby, entrance, and guest arrival areas.
- Support the front office team during peak hours and special events.
- Handle guest items carefully and ensure security of luggage.
- Uphold hotel policies, safety procedures, and service standards.
