Elite Jobs Rwanda is recruiting a friendly, skilled and customer-oriented Barman on behalf of a confidential hospitality client in Nyamirambo, Nyarugenge, Kigali. Salary up to RWF 100,000.

Duties, Roles and Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
Mix cocktails and prepare drinks according to customer preferences
Welcome customers and take beverage orders
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the bar area
Handle payments and operate the cash register when required
Monitor stock levels and report shortages
Check the quality and freshness of beverages
Follow responsible alcohol-serving procedures and workplace safety rules
Provide friendly and professional customer service

Qualifications, Education and Competencies

Qualifications & Experience:

Previous experience as a barman or bartender is an advantage

Skills & Competencies:

Beverage preparation and serving
Excellent customer service and communication
Knowledge of cocktails and drink recipes
Cash handling and payment processing
Stock management and inventory control
Teamwork, time management, cleanliness and organization
Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays when required
