Barista

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages and drinks to the highest quality standards.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring every guest has a positive experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee preparation area and equipment at all times.
• Handle customer orders accurately using the POS system.
• Manage stock and ensure ingredients and supplies are adequately stocked.
• Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations and standards.
• Upsell products and promote the brand with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma or Certificate in a related field (Hospitality, Food & Beverage, Business, or equivalent).
• At least 2–3 years' experience in a hospitality or customer-facing role.
