Description (Public)
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day banking operations at the assigned branch
- Process customer transactions, savings, and loan disbursements accurately
- Assist clients with account opening, inquiries, and general banking services
- Ensure compliance with UGAFODE's policies and banking regulations
- Support field operations and community engagement to grow the branch's client base
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum education qualification of a Diploma or Degree in a business-related course, or Education/Agriculture and Social Development Studies
- Experience working in community development, field operations, sales, or SACCOs
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Skills & Competencies:
- High level of integrity, willingness to work and learn
- Ability to ride a motorcycle with a valid riding permit
- Must be between 22-25 years of age
