Bancassurance Sales Officers

• Market and sell ICEA Lion insurance products through bancassurance channels.
• Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer and bank partner relationships.
• Conduct customer needs analysis and recommend appropriate insurance products.
• Follow up on renewals, claims, and client servicing requirements.
• Prepare regular sales reports and activity plans.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Insurance, or a related discipline.
• Previous sales experience is an added advantage.
