TMT Supermarket is hiring Bakery Attendants to serve customers in its fresh bakery department.

Duties, Roles and Responsibilities

Serve bakery products to customers with attention to freshness and presentation.
Package, label and display bakery items attractively.
Monitor stock levels and product freshness, rotating items as required.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bakery display and work area.
Advise customers on bakery products and take customer orders.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies

Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum of O-Level Certificate (UCE) or equivalent for operational roles; Diploma or relevant qualification for supervisors and data entrants.
Prior experience in retail, supermarket floor operations or customer service is a strong advantage.

Skills & Competencies:

High level of integrity, good communication skills and teamwork.
Readiness to work flexible retail shifts (8 work hours).
