The Baker works in the Kenjoy Nansana branch bakery producing pastries and baked products for sale. The role requires proven skill in pastry production and consistent quality.

Duties, Roles and Responsibilities

Produce a wide variety of high quality pastries and baked goods daily.
Follow recipes and production schedules to keep the bakery counter stocked.
Maintain hygiene, food safety and cleanliness in the bakery area.
Monitor ingredient stock and report shortages to the branch manager.
Control wastage and ensure products are correctly stored and labelled.
Ensure consistent taste, presentation and portioning across all products.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies

Qualifications & Experience:

Proven expertise in producing a wide variety of high quality pastries.
Experience working in a bakery or food production environment.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
Able to work early shifts and weekends as required.

Skills & Competencies:

Pastry and baking skills.
Attention to detail.
