• Identify, prospect and acquire corporate clients through networking, referrals, industry events and direct outreach.
• Develop new business among banks, insurance companies, SACCOs, digital lenders, capital markets firms, fund managers and real estate companies.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified B2B leads, initially focused on Nairobi corporate headquarters.
• Develop and execute account-based sales strategies to penetrate target organisations and secure high-value contracts.
• Identify client business challenges and recommend suitable enterprise software and AML compliance solutions.
• Deliver professional sales presentations, product demonstrations and commercial proposals.
• Achieve agreed sales targets, revenue objectives and new-client acquisition goals.
• Drive sales of sanctions screening, KYC and customer due diligence solutions.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships that support repeat business and referrals.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in business, IT or a related field.
• Proven B2B or enterprise software sales experience, ideally in financial compliance or AML solutions.
