• Prepare detailed plans, elevations, sections, layouts and construction details for VAAL projects using AutoCAD and approved drawing standards.
• Develop shop drawings and technical details from approved designs, sketches and instructions from the architect or engineer.
• Review source information and clarify missing details, conflicting dimensions or unclear instructions before completing drawings.
• Conduct site visits and verify measurements and existing conditions where required.
• Coordinate architectural drawings with structural and MEP information and refer discrepancies to technical leads.
• Revise drawings to incorporate approved design changes, consultant comments and site instructions, maintaining revision records.
• Prepare drawing packages for review, submission and construction use.
• Maintain drawing registers, electronic files and backups with superseded versions clearly controlled.
• Provide drawing extracts and details for procurement, quantity measurement and construction planning.
• Prepare and update as-built drawings and compile complete packages for project handover.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Building Technology or a related field.
• Proven AutoCAD drafting experience on building projects.

Skills & Competencies:

• AutoCAD and technical drawing accuracy.
• Coordination with structural and MEP disciplines.
• Attention to detail and document control.
