The Associate II - Business Development, Bancassurance drives the sales and growth of General Insurance products through the bank's channels by developing strong customer relationships, training bank staff and ensuring excellent service delivery to both the bank and its clients. The role reports to the Assistant Manager, Bancassurance.

Duties, Roles and Responsibilities

Drive sales and growth of General Insurance products through the bank's channels
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships with bank clients
Train bank staff on insurance products and sales techniques
Ensure excellent service delivery to both the bank and its clients
Support business development initiatives within the Bancassurance department

Qualifications, Education and Competencies

Bachelor's Degree in business, insurance, marketing or a related discipline from a reputable university
Professional qualification in insurance such as CII or Diploma in Insurance is an added advantage
At least three years of experience in insurance sales, preferably Bancassurance or General Insurance
Good knowledge of General Insurance products and regulations
