• Conducting market research and competitor price monitoring to inform product positioning.
• Analyzing sales trends, stock turnover rates, and profit margins across product categories.
• Coordinating with international suppliers and manufacturers for order placements and shipping.
• Collaborating with marketing teams on product launches, promotional campaigns, and collateral.
• Training retail sales staff and branch representatives on new product features and specs.
• Managing product listing details, descriptions, and pricing on e-commerce platforms.
• Monitoring customer feedback and warranty return trends to improve product sourcing decisions.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in product management, merchandising, or brand management.
• Prior experience working in the consumer electronics, home appliances, or retail industry in Kenya.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel and business data analytics tools.
