DJ Association of Uganda Awards is the first and only national Disc Jockey awards program in Uganda. The Uganda DJ Awards recognizes rewards and celebrates the artistry of the nation’s music creators, promoters and ground-breakers in urban Ugandan music promotion for their contribution to the music industry. It is produced by event management company RPM Communications.

Designed to foster the development of the Uganda music industry, the Uganda Dj Awards presents over 19 categories covering significant genres of Disc Jockeying as well as popular music in Uganda.

  • Supporting the CEO in developing and implementing the strategic vision and goals of the association

  • Managing the daily operations and finances of the association, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations

  • Supervising and mentoring the staff and volunteers of the association, fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence

  • Representing the association in external meetings and events, building relationships with stakeholders and partners

  • Coordinating and overseeing the planning and execution of the association's programs and activities, such as training, workshops, conferences, and advocacy campaigns

  • Evaluating and reporting on the impact and outcomes of the association's work, identifying areas for improvement and innovation
