Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Undergo one year of on-the-job training in front office and reception operations
- Receive and welcome guests, manage bookings and switchboard
- Handle guest enquiries, records and handovers
- Maintain professional grooming and guest service standards
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Qualifications & Experience:
- Must hold a Degree, Diploma or Certificate in Tourism, Leisure or Hospitality from a recognised university or institution
- Must have completed studies between 2022 and 2026 and be unemployed
- No prior work experience required
