Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Undergo one year of on-the-job training in coffee experience and tourism guiding
- Host coffee experiences and interpret Uganda's coffee value chain
- Support visitor handling, storytelling and demonstrations
- Maintain service standards, safety and visitor records
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Qualifications & Experience:
- Must hold a Degree, Diploma or Certificate in Tourism, Leisure or Hospitality from a recognised university or institution
- Must have completed studies between 2022 and 2026 and be unemployed
- No prior work experience required
