Analyst, Office of the CFO

• Lead the drafting and delivery of Finance Division communications, including decision announcements, priority rollouts, and key organisational cycles.
• Maintain the Division's communications calendar and coordinate inputs, timelines, follow-ups, and actions with department leads.
• Prepare high-quality presentation decks, briefing notes, data summaries, and other materials for senior leadership.
• Translate complex data, analytical findings, and team inputs into clear insights, recommendations, and actionable messages.
• Coordinate the Finance Division's governance calendar, including leadership meetings, quarterly forums, annual events, and other key planning cycles.
• Support agenda development, meeting logistics, preparation of materials, and follow-up on key decisions and actions.
• Monitor progress against divisional priorities and OKRs, identifying risks, dependencies, and areas requiring leadership attention.
• Maintain clear trackers and work plans to support effective coordination and execution across the Division.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• CPA or ACCA finalist.
• About 5 years of working experience in finance, strategy, consulting, project management, or operations, within fast-paced medium- to large organisations.
