Analyst - Capacity Strengthening, Social Cohesion

Busara seeks an Analyst to support its advisory arm in the Social Cohesion portfolio. The Analyst supports the design, coordination and delivery of capacity strengthening activities and behavioural research projects, working with senior staff across multiple projects and clients.

Duties, Roles and Responsibilities

Support the design, coordination and delivery of capacity strengthening activities, including workshops, training sessions and peer-learning forums
Develop and adapt training materials, facilitator guides and learning resources
Support the development and maintenance of repositories for training materials and tools
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely implementation of planned activities
Contribute to budget tracking, procurement requests and administrative processes
Support fieldwork and dissemination of results

Qualifications, Education and Competencies

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in economics, social sciences, public policy or a related field
Experience in capacity strengthening, training or applied research
Experience coordinating projects and stakeholders

Skills & Competencies:

Strong organizational and coordination skills
Good analytical and writing ability
Collaborative and self-motivated
