Rendalli Limited is offering an Administrative Assistant internship in Jinja, Uganda. The intern will support day-to-day office operations, gaining practical experience in administration, coordination, and business support functions within a growing organisation.

Duties, Roles and Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to the team including scheduling, correspondence, and record-keeping.
Manage office supplies and ensure the work environment is well-organised.
Assist in drafting and formatting documents, reports, and presentations.
Handle incoming and outgoing communications professionally.
Support coordination of meetings, appointments, and internal events.
Maintain accurate filing systems and document management processes.
Assist other departments with administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies

Qualifications & Experience:

A degree or diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field (completed or ongoing).
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Skills & Competencies:

Passionate, self-driven, and eager to learn.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
