• Maintain accurate financial records covering income, expenditure, receipts, payments and supporting documents.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly financial reports for management decision making.
• Perform bank, cash and mobile money reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor supplier payments, outstanding balances and student fee collections.
• Assist in preparing and monitoring departmental and branch budgets and explain variances.
• Support timely preparation and submission of statutory deductions and tax records.
• Ensure proper authorisation, verification and filing of financial transactions.
• Maintain accurate financial data in accounting software and spreadsheets.
• Identify financial discrepancies, inefficiencies and risks and recommend solutions.
• Provide insights supporting cost control and operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Degree or professional qualification in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Relevant experience in bookkeeping, reconciliations and financial reporting.
• Knowledge of statutory deductions and tax compliance.
• Proficiency in accounting software and spreadsheets.
