Accountant (2 Positions)

• Maintain accurate financial records and books of accounts for the PIM Plus Operation
• Prepare financial reports, statements, and disbursement requests
• Process payments and ensure compliance with financial management guidelines
• Support preparation of annual work plans and budgets
• Coordinate with external and internal auditors during audit exercises
• Monitor budget utilization and flag variances for management attention
• Ensure compliance with GoU financial regulations and World Bank financial management requirements
• Any other duties assigned by the Coordinator/REAP

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Professional qualification (CPA(U), ACCA, or equivalent) is an added advantage
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in financial management, preferably in public sector or donor-funded projects
• Proficiency in accounting software (IFMS, SUN Systems, QuickBooks) is an advantage
