9 Shift Supervisors

• Supervise plastic molding machines and monitor shift-wise production performance.

• Provide technical guidance to machine operators and helpers; track and assess their productivity.

• Perform basic troubleshooting of product-related defects and support quality improvement.

• Immediately report any machine or product anomalies to the Production Officer.

• Monitor product quality and make real-time adjustments to ensure compliance with standards.

• Analyze production rejections and implement corrective actions to minimize waste within defined limits.

• Support the performance appraisal process for team members in collaboration with the Production Officer.

• Prepare and submit daily production shift reports and other required documentation.

• Participate in routine stock-taking activities within the plant.

• Oversee the movement of finished goods from the production floor to the warehouse.

• Maintain operational standards and ensure adherence to company quality and safety protocols.

• Train and supervise team members on safety procedures, equipment use, and operational guidelines.

• Ensure compliance with environmental management system (EMS) policies.

• Perform any other duties assigned by the Production Officer or Manager.

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering or a related technical field.

• Minimum of 2 years’ supervisory experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment, preferably in plastics or molding operations.

Working Conditions

• 48-hour work week, with flexibility for overtime as needed.

• Exposure to high temperatures, dust, noise, grease, and industrial equipment.

• Majority of work is conducted while standing or walking on the production floor.
