The Gel Bar is building an elevated Social Beauty Club in Kampala and is looking for passionate, talented people to grow with them across five roles.

Duties, Roles and Responsibilities

Nail Technician: Provide professional nail care services including manicures, pedicures, gel polish, and nail art
Makeup Artist & Lash Technician: Deliver makeup applications and eyelash extension services for clients
Guest Experience Coordinator: Welcome guests, manage bookings, and ensure an exceptional customer experience
Barista & Mixologist: Prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks, cocktails, and mocktails
Salon Attendant: Maintain cleanliness, assist with operations, and support the team

Qualifications, Education and Competencies

Qualifications & Experience:

Relevant certification or training for the specific role applied for
Experience in beauty, hospitality, or customer service is preferred
Portfolio of previous work for technical roles (Nail Technician, Makeup Artist)

Skills & Competencies:

Passion for beauty, hospitality, and customer service
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Creative and detail-oriented
Professional and presentable appearance
