Person Specifications / Qualifications:
- Job Title: Subject Teachers – Primary School (10)
- 1. Minimum of a Grade Ill Teacher's Certificate. A Diploma in Primary Education is an added advantage.
- 2. At least 3 years of experience as a subject teacher.
- 3. Must be under 45 years of age.
- 4. Willingness to work outside Kampala.
- Job Title: Coffee Graduate Management Trainees (10)
- 1. Bachelor's degree or higher.
- 2. Must be under 29 years of age, with a CGPA above 3.30.
- 3. Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure
- 4. Willingness to work outside Kampala.
- 5. Willingness to stay in plantation/factory-provided accommodation and accept provided meals.
- Job Title: Small Car Drivers (5)
- 1. UCE or higher.
- 2. Must be under 40 years of age.
- 3. At least 5 years of driving experience.
- 4. Ability to travel for long hours and work outside Kampala.
- 5. Sound knowledge of vehicle maintenance and basic repairs.
- Job Title: Procurement Assistant (2)
- 1. Bachelor's degree in Procurement and Supply Chain Management.
- 2. Must be under 26 years of age, with a CGPA above 3.60
- 3. Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- 4. Willingness to work outside Kampala.
- Job Title Sales Graduate Management Trainees (5)
- 1. Bachelor's degree in any business-related field.
- Must be under 26 years of age, with a CGPA above 3.60.
- 3. Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- 4. Ability to work under pressure and willingness to conduct held sales.
- Job Title: Welders, Eleciricians & Mechanics (10)
- 1.- Diploma in Welding, Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
- 2. At least 3 years of relevant experience
- 3. A valid certificate from an accredited institution is preferred
- 4. Excellent knowledge of machinery, electrical equipment, and manual tools.
- 5. Wilingness to work outside Kampala.
- 6. Willingness to stay in plantation/factory-provided accommodation and accept provided meals.
