Candidates applying for the positions listed must meet the following minimum qualifications and experience:

• A Bachelor’s degree in the relevant field for the position applied for.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Education or equivalent professional experience, especially with a strong foundation in international education systems and subject knowledge.

• A minimum of three (3) years of relevant work experience, particularly in Early Years, Primary, IGCSE/GCE, and the International Baccalaureate (IB) frameworks.

• Prior experience working within the British curriculum (Cambridge) and International Baccalaureate (IB) in an international school setting is highly desirable.

• For teaching positions:

  • Proficiency in digital teaching tools including Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Sheets), Google Classroom, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams.

  • Strong general ICT skills, with the ability to use Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• A solid understanding of child protection, learning support, and special educational needs.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in a multicultural and professional environment.
