Job Description
The sales officer at Goldflint Microfinance is responsible for identifying and driving new sales opportunities, managing client relationships, and promoting Goldflint's Financial Products and services. The role is essencial in expanding the customer base and driving revenue growth of the institution.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Qualifications:
At least a certificate in a business related field or equivalent.
Minimum of 1 year experience in sales, Marketing, Credit and Insurance services will be an added advantage.
Should be fluent in English and Luganda and other languages.
Remuneration:
Retainer
Facilitation
Commissions on new customers signed up.
