Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Participate in a 24-month structured graduate program under rotational or specialized tracks.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Electrical & Computer Engineering, Automation & Control Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Robotics Engineering, or Embedded Systems Engineering.
Must be a recent graduate of the 2025 academic year or graduating within the next 6 months.
Proactive, eager to learn, and adaptable to new challenges and environments.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
Interest and availability for onsite, hands-on technical work.
Familiarity with cross-functional teamwork in diverse environments.
