ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Assist in engineering design processes by performing preliminary calculations, preparing process engineering datasheets, and creating drawings as guided by process engineers.
Participate in process engineering reviews with both internal teams and external contractors.
Support the collection and documentation of primary data.
Conduct preliminary studies to provide technical input for operating procedures.
Gather initial data to inform process hazard analysis and process safety management requirements, ensuring completion of related action items.
Act as a focal point for collecting primary data during operations to support the process engineering monitoring and evaluation efforts.
Track and document key performance metrics for various workstreams, and generate reports for process engineers.
Participate in troubleshooting efforts to resolve operational and process quality issues.
Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor(s).

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
A Bachelor's degree (Hons) in Chemical/Process, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, or Industrial Chemistry.
A maximum of 3 years of relevant work experience, with no more than three years since graduation.
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
Proficiency in engineering design applications.
Knowledge of engineering management principles.
Familiarity with process engineering standards.
Understanding of oil & gas industry technical standards.
Knowledge of petrochemical industry HSSE standards.
Awareness of the oil & gas industry value chain.
