How to Apply
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and onboard new riders and users for the transport app.
Conduct field visits to promote the app’s services and benefits to potential customers and riders.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with riders and clients in Kampala.
Gather feedback from riders and users to identify areas for improvement.
Achieve monthly sales and recruitment targets set by management.
Represent the company at marketing events, roadshows, and community engagements.
Qualifications and Skills:
Diploma or degree in Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
Previous experience in field sales or customer acquisition is an advantage.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
Familiarity with the Kampala region and its transport industry.
