Job Description
As a Field Sales Agent, you will play a key role in the distribution and adoption of the ACE One stove in your community. You will identify potential customers, perform product demonstrations, onboard eligible buyers onto consumer finance, and manage the customer lifecycle through after-sales services, including maintenance and repayment follow-up. You will gather usage data via ACE Connect and work with local coordinators to ensure a positive customer experience and strong repayment rates.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Identify and introduce potential customers to the ACE One stove
Conduct stove demonstrations and gather leads
Educate customers about sustainable fuels
Perform KYC for consumer finance and advise on eligibility
Close sales and accurately complete documentation
Train customers on ACE Connect and gather stove usage data
Provide after-sales services: training, maintenance, fuel supply, payment follow-up
Monitor and manage consumer finance portfolio
Collaborate with regional coordinators for customer satisfaction
Handle any additional tasks as assigned by management
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Minimum UACE or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, or related field
Experience in sales, preferably in renewable energy
Recommendation and residence letter from LC1
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to meet sales targets
Understanding of consumer finance and sales strategies
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Ability to speak the local language of the location applied for
Native of the area of application
Willingness to travel and work flexible hours
High integrity, professionalism, and cultural sensitivity
