Are you hardworking, reliable, and passionate about delivering excellent service? Join our team at Premium Car Wash as a Car Wash Operator. We are looking for 14 enthusiastic individuals to fill immediate vacancies.
Job Summary:
As a Car Wash Operator, you will be responsible for cleaning and detailing vehicles to the highest standards. This includes both the exterior and interior of vehicles using various cleaning equipment, chemicals, and techniques. You must be able to work efficiently in a team, follow safety protocols, and deliver exceptional customer service.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Thoroughly wash and clean vehicle exteriors and interiors.
Vacuum car interiors and clean upholstery, carpets, and other surfaces.
Use cleaning agents, waxes, and protective finishes appropriately and safely.
Dry vehicles using air compressors and cloths.
Clean and maintain the car wash area, equipment, and supplies.
Inspect vehicles before and after washing to ensure quality service.
Handle customer vehicles with care and respect.
Follow company guidelines and safety procedures.
Report any damages or issues with vehicles or equipment immediately.
Deliver excellent customer service with a professional and courteous attitude.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Minimum Education: Uganda Certificate of Education (O’ Level).
Must be physically fit and able to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods.
Prior experience in car washing or auto detailing is an added advantage, but not required.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
Must reside within or near the work location (Shell Kinawataka).
Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
Good personal hygiene and grooming standards.
