Lafab solutions is recruiting on behalf of our client Rosa-Negra Uganda 10 competent waiters and waitresses to provide excellent service to guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience. The ideal candidates will also handle complaints and ensure proper resolution.

How to Apply
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Service:
• Greet and seat guests promptly.
• Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage options.
• Take and process orders accurately and efficiently.
2. Order Management:
• Communicate order details to the kitchen staff.
• Ensure timely delivery of food and drinks to tables.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to any requests or concerns.
3. Table Maintenance:
• Prepare tables for service, including setting up utensils, glassware, and condiments.
• Keep dining areas clean and organized throughout the shift.
• Clear and reset tables after guests leave.
4. Payment Processing:
• Present the bill to guests and process payments.
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately.
5. Team Collaboration:
• Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
• Assist in training new staff members as needed.
6. Adhere to Standards:
• Follow health and safety guidelines and company policies.
• Maintain a professional appearance.

Qualifications:
