Job Description
As a Software Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing high-performance applications that support clients' hybrid-cloud and AI transformations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create scalable, maintainable, and efficient software solutions. Responsibilities include analyzing existing failures and providing improvements, engaging in all process phases (design, development, testing, and troubleshooting), and driving key discussions with stakeholders to enhance operations and develop creative coding solutions.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Analyze, validate, and enhance existing software failures, collaborating with architects and technical leaders.
Engage in all software development process phases, including design, development, testing, and release management.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring high-performing and highly available applications.
Work closely with stakeholders to analyze existing landscapes and propose creative solutions.
Implement coding best practices and maintain high standards in software development.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Education: Bachelor’s Degree (required), Master’s Degree (preferred).
Experience: 3-5 years in software development.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Java 8 or higher.
Strong knowledge of Spring Framework (Spring 4 or above) and Hibernate.
Deep understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
Expertise in Exception Handling, Collections, Abstract Classes & Interfaces, File IO, Serialization, and Java Keywords.
Knowledge of Java Virtual Machine (JVM) and memory management.
Experience with multithreading, synchronization, JSP/Servlets.
Familiarity with build tools like Ant, Maven, and Git.
Knowledge of design patterns and optimization techniques.
Experience with Spring Core, Spring ORM, Spring DAO, Spring AOP, and Hibernate is an added advantage.
