To provide legal advice and assistance to both internal and external stakeholders and participate in the amendment of URA policies and tax laws to streamline the flow of URA business

To file and serve all court documents and correspondences in the Litigation Division. To follow up on the status of Court matters at Court and provide updates to the line manager.

Monitor the maintenance of assigned URA vehicles and transport official passengers and items to support business operations in the Authority.

Support the Division in matters of performance management, planning and budgeting for effective decision-making.

Brand and market URA products and initiatives, and coordinate Corporate social responsibility events to enhance the organization’s visibility and reputation.

Support the compliance of petroleum licensees and contractors exclusive to the petroleum industry in line with existing laws and organizational plans.

Plan, coordinate and implement tax content and outreach and programs aimed at educating and engaging taxpayers to raise public awareness and understanding of the tax system to encourage voluntary compliance

Implement strategies for managing internal and external communications to enhance information flow and media relations.

Lead installation and maintenance of plumbing works and services for all URA facilities

Execute arrears management guidelines and policies to enhance recovery of tax arrears and improve tax compliance.

Implement strategies geared towards minimizing Revenue leakages in the natural resources sector and enhancing voluntary compliance with Tax laws, policies and regulations

Conduct corporate research in order to inform tax administration and policy initiatives.
