Pesponsible for mobilizing and supporting vulnerable young women at the community level to develop the skills, confidence, and business acumen needed to build sustainable livelihoods through the SIYEP program.

Responsible for empowering young women entrepreneurs by facilitating business growth, strengthening market linkages, and supporting private sector engagement under the SIYEP program at AFARD.

Responsible for implementing AFARD’s communications strategy under the Skilling and Empowering Youth for Employment Program (SIYEP).

Support AFARD’s SIYEP (Skilling and Empowering Youth for Employment Program) by ensuring the integration of monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning (MEAL) activities into project implementation.

Lead the Skilling component of the SIYEP (Skilling and Empowering Youth for Employment Program), ensuring timely and high-quality implementation, effective collaboration among consortium partners, and delivery of program outcomes within scope and budget.

Lead the design and implementation of a comprehensive communication, branding, and networking strategy for the SIYEP program.

The Disability Inclusion Specialist ensures that disability inclusion is systematically integrated into all aspects of the SIYEP program.

Provide strategic leadership and technical support in the mainstreaming of gender and safeguarding within the SIYEP program, ensuring compliance, risk mitigation, and reporting.

Lead youth-centered engagement efforts across the program, ensuring that young women's voices and needs are embedded in every phase of project management.

Lead the design and implementation of a dynamic and responsive PMEL system to support evidence-based decision-making and adaptive program management across a consortium.

Lead the strategic design, implementation, and quality assurance of skilling initiatives.

Oversee the financial management and reporting functions of a large consortium program.
