Provide overall technical leadership, coordination, and supervision of the provision of laboratory services for the Local Partner Health Services East Central project.

Will provide technical leadership and coordination for the implementation of Quality Improvement (QI) initiatives.

Will provide technical support to strengthen pharmaceutical and health commodity logistics systems in supported districts and health facilities.

The MNCH Specialist will provide technical assistance to enhance access to and utilization of high-quality maternal and newborn health (MNH) services.

The Data Clerk will work closely with the facility medical records assistant to ensure that patients’ records are captured accurately.

The Procurement Officer will coordinate the procurement of supplies and equipment for supported health units and program activities

To support the Internal Auditor in overseeing risk assessments and mitigations across all MJAP and support functions.

As part of the finance team, the accountant is responsible for ensuring that the transaction postings in the finance system as per the GAAP, bank and mobile money are performed on time and monthly budget variance reports are prepared according to approved advance requests.

The Clinicians will work with and support respective health facility teams to enrol all newly identified HIV positive clients in care and on ART, and to provide high quality HIV and TB care and treatment services

To provide comprehensive HIV counselling to clients, their families, Community members and to mobilize and support communities to respond to the HIV epidemic.

The Back-up Hub Rider will be called up to support transportation of laboratory specimens and test results from and to designated health facilities served by the project supported Laboratory hubs as and when required.
