The Head of Products is accountable for leading the thought process and coordinating cross functional efforts for innovating and developing new products that are in line with HFB’s business strategy and marketing positioning.

The Business Analyst will support the Business & Institutional Banking (BIB) team by preparing high-quality credit proposals, managing customer expectations, and ensuring compliance with the Bank’s credit policies.

Grow the Bank’s commercial mortgage segment business through sales, service and retention of the assigned customer portfolio and ensure portfolio quality in line with the segments targets and the Bank policies.

The Credit Evaluation Officer is accountable for delivery of a professional service to the business units, by assessing and evaluating credit facilities (new and/ or existing) based on sound credit & financial principles which supports the minimising of risk to the bank.

To provide technical and business guidance to the direct reports in the Agent Banking unit ensuring their productivity and compliance with applicable policies and standards

The role is responsible for managing user identities, access permissions, and security controls to protect the bank’s systems and data.

The role is responsible for overseeing the bank’s Identity and Access Management program, ensuring that only authorized individuals have appropriate access to systems, applications, and data.

The successful candidate will assist in conducting IT audits, evaluating internal controls, and supporting cybersecurity reviews to enhance system assurance and compliance.
