Co-ordinates all activities with both internal and external stakeholders (Operations and Finance depts, affiliated offices or agents, branch offices, transporters and others)

The successful candidate will ensure that clients receive the highest level of service and satisfaction by coordinating import processes, monitoring shipment progress, and maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders.

To protect and promote the legal interests of the Company, by handling litigation either when the Company is sued or the Company is seeking legal redress

To provide customs declaration brokerage services and ensure maintenance of production lead times in conjunction with the head customs declarations.

The Driver will be responsible for the safe transportation of Fracht cargo, staff, care and maintenance of assigned vehicles and their accessories.

Co-ordination and Management of timely collection of debts.

Initiates file openings and document dispatches

Assisting with IT issues that may arise like installing printers and basic trouble shooting about internet connection, 365 applications.

Proactively assess information and documentation required, immediately upon receipt of order or documents for smooth clearance and delivery.

Ensures timely updates are done in the electronic cargo tracking system for all shipments handled

Ensure timely servicing and maintenance of office vehicles (complete service request forms and maintain service maintenance records), report mechanical problems.
