The Legal and Compliance Officer will be responsible for providing strategic legal counsel, managing legal documentation, ensuring regulatory compliance, and mitigating legal risks across all company operations.

You will Oversee daily operations and maintenance of all condominium properties, ensuring that they are well-maintained, safe, and attractive to potential tenants or buyers.

You will Assist in planning and executing internal audits across various departments, focusing on financial transactions, operational processes, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

S/He will Actively seek and engage potential clients through cold calls, referrals, networking, and online platforms.

You will Work closely with project managers, construction teams, and the maintenance department to understand project requirements and timelines for material and service needs.

You will Respond to client inquiries through various communication channels (e.g., phone, email, online chat, and in-person).

You will Process incoming and outgoing payments, ensuring all transactions are accurate and completed on time.
