The ECCE Specialist will provide technical leadership, oversight, and support in the planning, implementation, and monitoring of Early Childhood Care and Education programs with a special focus on Learning Through Play (LTP) and integration of Bantwana’s Community Based ECCE (CBECCE) into existing parenting programs.

Provide training and support on QuickBooks to the finance officer and other users for effective financial reporting and analysis.

The Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) Specialist is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing robust MEL systems that support effective program delivery, track performance, assess impact, and foster learning and accountability across the organization.

The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities of the organization, ensuring effective financial management, regulatory compliance, and strategic planning to support organizational growth and sustainability

The Finance & Grants Officer will manage financial operations, oversee grant administration, and ensure compliance with donor and statutory requirements.

Assist in instituting accounting controls, recording and reporting of assets, liabilities and income and the monitoring of disbursements of donor funds in support of the program.

Responsible for coordinating the development and implementation of BIU TLC project’s performance monitoring plan, including performance-monitoring criteria

Responsible for ensuring that the TLC project functions efficiently and effectively in all financial, administrative, grants, procurement and operational matters.

The Finance & Operations Assistant will provide administrative and financial support to the Regional Office to enable the effective and efficient implementation of the project.

Responsible for leading the direct implementation of day-to-day TLC ECE field activities in the targeted districts.

Oversees the MEL system, providing technical support, guidance and capacity building to the regional BIU TLC project team to implement TLC performance monitoring plan.

Responsible for driving and maintenance of Project motor vehicles and ensuring the safety and security of authorized passengers, cargo, equipment, and tools on board
