The selected contractor will be responsible for the construction of the specified facilities for a Secondary School. This includes but is not limited to site preparation, excavation, foundation work, construction of classrooms, administrative blocks, dormitories, staff quarters, and other essential facilities as detailed in the bidding documents.

The contractor will also be tasked with providing necessary infrastructure, such as water supply systems, electrical installations, sanitation facilities, and landscaping, in adherence to the technical specifications and standards outlined in the contract.

Additionally, the selected contractor will ensure timely completion of the project, managing labor, materials, and equipment while ensuring the quality and safety of all work completed in line with the project’s requirements and Government regulations.

The contractor will be required to coordinate with relevant authorities, conduct regular site inspections, and submit progress reports throughout the project lifecycle.
