The selected firm will provide a range of IT and office equipment, including laptops, photocopiers, printers, and scanners, along with compatible consumables such as toner, ink cartridges, and paper.
The firm must ensure all equipment meets the specified technical requirements, offers warranties, and provides user training and technical support.
Additionally, the firm will be responsible for delivering accessories and ensuring timely replacement of consumables to maintain operational efficiency.
Compliance with quality standards, timely delivery, and after-sales service will be critical to the successful execution of the contract.
