Tender Description:
A state-owned enterprise in Uganda, invites expressions of interest from qualified firms to participate in the Supply and Installation of CCTV within KFDA and Solar Power at Safety Check Station, including all necessary tools and parts
Scope of Work:
The selected service provider will be responsible for the supply, installation, and commissioning of a fully functional CCTV surveillance system within the Kingfisher Development Area (KFDA) and the deployment of solar power solutions at the Safety Check Station.
The work includes installation of 8 CCTV cameras, 4 wireless bridges, a POE network switch, poles, mountings, and all necessary accessories at designated locations including the Safety Check Station, Entrance to Escarpment, View Point, Vehicle Escape Ramp, and Drilling Camp Tower.
Additionally, the provider shall supply and install 2 × 240W, 24VDC solar panels, 4 × 100AH 12V batteries, and all associated components to ensure reliable power for the Safety Check Station and selected CCTV cameras.
The contractor shall also provide all required tools, spare parts, and accessories, ensuring proper integration, operational readiness, and compliance with international industry standards, OHSE regulations, and Company’s technical requirements.
Ongoing support, testing, and handover of a fully operational system are also included in the scope.
