The Successful Bidder will be responsible for providing comprehensive services for the conversion of old records and wastepaper into reusable paper products.

This will involve the collection, sorting, and processing of the wastepaper generated by the Institution , ensuring that confidential and sensitive information is securely and efficiently destroyed in accordance with industry standards.

The selected service provider will be required to convert the wastepaper into useful paper products, such as recycled paper, notebooks, or other approved products, as specified by the Institution.

The Successful Bidder will ensure that the entire process adheres to relevant environmental regulations, promotes sustainability, and minimizes waste.

Additionally, the bidder will be required to provide all necessary machinery, labor, and expertise to carry out the service in a timely and secure manner.
Regular reporting on the progress of the work, including volumes processed and any challenges faced, will be expected.

The bidder must also ensure that all tasks are completed without disrupting the operations of the Institution.
